This publication is written to accompany the exhibition "Following the Eagle" at Segedunum Roman Fort and Museum at Wallsend, North Tyneside. The exhibition illustrated the tremendous impact the Roman military had on the mobility of people across the empire through a display of military diplomas and other Roman artefacts
